Werner Construction provides exceptional construction
management services for residential and commercial
projects. We can also help with the selection of the
building lot, design team and other consultants. Working
with the client from an early stage we can tailor each project
to meet a specific budget.
We can supply a fixed price quotation or work on a management fee basis. Our
management fee is based on either a percentage of construction
cost or a monthly fee. Site supervision, full or part
time, is a separate cost that is clearly identified on the
project budget. We believe in full transparency when it
comes to project costs. All material and sub-trade costs
are shown to the client in detail.
Project Management:
- Preparing and updating detailed construction budgets
- Negotiating with sub-trades and suppliers for best
pricing
- Monthly progress draws and payment to suppliers and
sub-trades
- Coordinating with owner and designer for finish
specifications
- Pricing of owner requested change orders
- Coordinate structural engineers, architects, designers
and municipal authorities
Site Supervision:
- Coordinate sub-trade work and material deliveries
- Quality Control and troubleshooting
- Keep construction schedule
- Site safety and security
- Site meetings and inspections with consultants and
municipal authority
